Personal Information You Provide
We may collect information that you provide directly as part of sending us communications and questions via email. The MNGIE Site also contains a “Let’s Connect” form that users who have questions or wish to learn more about MNGIE can use in order to contact us. The Let’s Connect form collects Personal Information such as your name, email address, zip code, and country of residence, in addition to any Personal Information communicated by you in the body of your communication. This contact form is available to any user that wants to learn more about MNGIE, who is a caregiver of a person diagnosed with MNGIE, or who is a healthcare professional. If you choose to contact us via email, we collect your name and email address, in addition to any Personal Information communicated by you in the body of your email. IF YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN A MNGIE TRIAL, DO NOT USE THE LET’S CONNECT FORM OR EMAIL TO REPORT SIDE EFFECTS OR ADVERSE EVENTS. We also have pages on social media sites like LinkedIn (“Social Media Pages”). When you interact with our Social Media Pages, we will collect Personal Information that you elect to provide to us, such as your contact details. In addition, the companies that host our Social Media Pages may provide us with aggregate information and analytics regarding the use of our Social Media Pages.
Internet Activity Data
